“...then there was a star danced, and under that was I born.” When men come home from war, marriage is on their minds, but will all end well in Shakespeare’s much-beloved comedy? 

Actors Theatre of Louisville regular Drew Fracher sets the play to the tunes of the mid-1940s, drawing on popular big band music of WWII. Our star-spangled production of Much Ado will keep your toes tapping and bring tears to your eyes, but “how much better is it to weep at joy, than to joy at weeping?”
