The subject of revenge is addressed in both of Shakespeare’s great plays presented by Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival this year.
Ryan Producing Artistic Director Jay Paul Skelton explores the implications of revenge from the tragic viewpoint of Hamlet and the comic stance in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Actors from our Young Company will share a sample of our summer production with scenes from both shows as well as others from Shakespeare and his contemporaries.
