About the Company
As the professional theatre in residence at the University of Notre Dame, the Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival presents world-class productions on our Mainstage while fostering young actors through unique educational performance opportunities such as our Young Company and ShakeScenes programs. In our ten-year history, our program has grown dramatically and exponentially. Today, housed in the dazzling Marie P. DeBartolo Center for the Performing Arts, we reach thousands of people each year with Shakespeare's timeless words.
